Want to get an alert when a script is out of commission?

The majority of websites undergo changes and enhancements from time-to-time. Often when these changes to sites are significant it can cause a delay or disruption of data for a period of time. There are also times when scripts are unavailable due to site maintenance or other reasons that are beyond our control.

We know that many of our customers have come to rely on timely access to the data we deliver to them. In an effort to continue to support our commitment to data quality and integrity, we are implementing a new feature on our platform that will let you opt-in to receive alerts when scripts are temporarily out of commission. If you opt-in to this alert feature you will only receive alerts for scripts that are active in your account. You'll receive another email when the script is back up and working. This platform upgrade is released to beta tests and will be generally available by mid-May 2010.
